    The jewel of our House, this champagne is the result of a subtle blend of the three Champagne grape varieties, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier. It is the very expression of the Premier Cru terroir of Hautvillers. Our Prestige Premier Cru cuvée is sublimated by a packaging representing the sign that adorns our House. Blending and ageing: 40% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot noir and 20% Meunier. This blend includes 10% of reserve wines in order to preserve a constant quality. This cuvee has a minimum ageing time of 4 years in cellars. Tasting: The Prestige 1er Cru cuvée reveals a golden colour with a fine cordon of bubbles. The powerful and fruity nose expresses the mineral and floral notes of chardonnay. The palate, very delicate, reveals rich and gourmet aromatic nuances. Food and wine pairings: This elegant champagne will make tasting it a moment of dream and pleasure and will go delightfully well with gravlax salmon or roasted prawns with crunchy vegetables.   • Intensity and freshness

    After a year of contrasts, the 2016 Premier Cru harvest produced grapes of excellent ripeness. Blending and ageing: 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay in Premier Cru from the 2016 harvest. This champagne, produced in limited quantities, has aged for more than 6 years in our cellars. Tasting: The colour is a beautiful golden yellow with brown highlights. The nose is frank, fruity and tonic. The palate is lively and juicy with citrus fruit and minerality. The low dosage creates a stimulating harmony. Food and wine pairings: An airy champagne to be enjoyed with carpaccios, both fish and meat. Raw fish, sushi and sashimi are also excellent partners. Bottle size: 75 cl Dosage: 6 g/l
  • Finesse and purity

    This champagne of rare finesse is made exclusively from the white Champagne grape variety, Chardonnay, which gives it its name Blanc de Blancs. Blending and ageing: 100 % Chardonnay in Premier Cru. This champagne, produced in limited quantities, benefits from an ageing time of at least 5 years in the cellars. Tasting: The fine mousse with delicate bubbles elegantly accompanies the luminous white gold reflections of the robe. The nose is very light with notes of white flowers and infusion of verbena and lime blossom. The palate, with finesse and lightness, plays on the aromas of citrus fruits and lime. A very nice balance and a long finish. Food and wine pairings: The Blanc de Blancs will enhance seafood, fish and poultry. Bottle: 75 cl Dosage: 8 g/l
